EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Here at Indie we are always concerned about your complete satisfaction. That's why we have created a simple and easy-to-follow exchange and return policy, in accordance with Brazilian laws.

Exchange: If you need to exchange a product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email contato@useindie.com.br within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You can choose another product of the same value or receive a credit coupon to use on a future purchase.

Return: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can also request a return within 7 days of receipt. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email contato@useindie.com.br and we will arrange a refund of the amount paid.

Remembering that the product must be in perfect condition, with original labels and no signs of use.
