The order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping will be charged according to the weight of the product, based on the Post Office table and the zip code provided by the customer. Delivery may be made by economy package (PAC) or Sedex. The order will be shipped from the city of São João Nepomuceno (MG) and the delivery time may vary according to the destination zip code. Here on the Indie website, in the cart or on any product page, you can simulate the shipping cost.
For purchases over R$400.00, shipping is free via PAC.
If delivery is not made within the stipulated period, Indie will file a complaint with the Post Office. The response period for complaints is up to 5 business days, however, this period may be longer if a more detailed assessment of the case is necessary. If the merchandise is not located, the customer will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid or, if preferred, may place a new order for the same amount on the Indie website.
Indie is not responsible if the order is returned due to an incorrect address. The customer is solely responsible for the registration data. If there is a problem with the delivery of the products due to an incorrect registered address, the cost of resending will be the customer's responsibility.
